All pieces are handcrafted and vary in sizes, patterns and designs. Thus, their appearance may vary
slightly from what is shown on the website. This handmade quality ensures each piece is unique and
one of a kind.

Orders for available items will be shipped within one week. You will be immediately notified if
challenges occur during the shipping process.
Payment
I accept the following forms of payment:
Residents of Illinois are required to pay 8.75% sales tax on their purchases.
Please note that the only form of payment that can be accepted for international orders is Paypal
(verified member status is required). International Customers, please Email me directly for shipping
options and charges.
Damaged Goods
Upon receipt, if your order is damaged in any way please contact me immediately! Damaged items
must be returned to me to receive a full refund.
Returns & Exchanges
It will truly break my heart to know that you are not happy with your order. However, if for any
reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) in its original condition
for a full refund (except the shipping costs both ways), credit, or exchange. You must notify me of
your dissatisfaction WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT. I (Cocoa's Bits & Pieces) cannot be liable for
returns that are lost or damaged in the mail. Therefore, please insure the items that you return.
